From Disneyland to the Big Buddha, there are many facets to explore in Hong Kong. Take advantage of the beautiful summer days and cycle to some of these remote destinations in the city for a glimpse of what iconic sights of Hong Kong.

Photo: Shutterstock A 25km-trail that overlooks the stunning hills from Lantau island, there are several routes to take on the Mui Wo track that leads to different scenic attractions. The trail is relatively easy to maneuver, with a mix of paved and raw paths. The three-hour ride will take you to one of the city’s most recognised monuments, the Big Buddha.

Take a ferry from Central Pier 6 and enjoy the scenic 55-minute boat ride before heading to one of the local bike shops for a rental. Inspiration Lake. The family-friendly route takes riders near Disneyland to the artificial lake itself.
