World Bicycle Day is celebrated around the world on June 3 to honour the bicycle’s diversity and individuality as well as its unique, durable and eco-friendly means of transportation.
This day was first commemorated by professor Leszek Sibilski at the United Nations General Assembly in New York on June 2, 2018. This year marks the fourth annual World Bicycle Day.
