File photo. In August, we asked if you were running electronic shifting on any of your mountain bikes, and about 50% of readers said they are not. (It’s actually 48%, a little less than half; we’re honestly surprised the majority of riders [well, survey respondents] have already switched.)

For those who aren’t running electronic shifting on a mountain bike, we want to know why. Choose the main reason you’re sticking with mechanical from the list below.
