Four National Champions head to Tel Aviv, Israel to race for the rainbow stripes.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – USA Cycling announced today the four athletes that will be representing the United States at the 2022 UCI Junior Track World Championships in Tel Aviv, Israel on August 23-27.

Last year at this event, Kaia Schmid (Marblehead, Mass.; Human Powered Health) dominated with three podiums, one of which included a World Title in the Elimination race. Schmid has since aged out, but a new generation is still vying for rainbow stripes.

Hover won gold in the Omnium and the Individual Pursuit with a time of 3:36.345. Patrick was victorious dominating the Junior Women’s Omnium. Verma clocked the fastest time in the Junior Women 15-18 Sprints and won every ride she started, along with Koller also winning the Junior Men’s Sprint National Championship.
