Tour Stage 15 Report: Another crazy day in the Tour de France. The heat played a big part, but crashes caused the main problems. At the end of the stage it came down to a very ragged sprint with no team in control. Jasper Philipsen pushed his wheel over the line just ahead of Wout van Aert and Mads Pedersen. No change on the GC, but bad news for Jumbo-Visma as they lost Primoz Roglič before the stage and Steven Kruijswijk during the stage.
