We’ve all thought about a build like this; scour the world, looking for the lightest parts and never consider price. So to see it finally done is amazing.
Starting with a Mondraker Podium RR SL medium frame, this beautifully shot video last 14 minutes and it’s mesmerizing.
Watching Gee Milner put this bike together is like a sauna for a bike enthusiast’s eyes. So relaxing. Soothing. Wait what? What is going on with that shifter? Are those seat guts made of string (11:42)? What? Those look like a nightmare to work on.
Featuring a heck of a lot of carbon (even the crank spindle and thru axle) and some mystery parts (what chain is that?), this is without a doubt a master build.
What did it cost? There’s no mention of money. But that’s not the point of the project is it? Legal?
