Schwalbe has been awarded the coveted “Gold” seal as a “Bicycle-friendly Employer”.

The certification body – German traffic club Allgemeine Deutsche Fahrrad-Club (ADFC) – has been awarding the EU-wide certification since 2017.

Schwalbe‘s four-person CSR team was responsible for the certification process and the audit. Schwalbe scored above average in almost all fields of activity of the EU-ADFC initiative. The following points, among others, received particular praise: Employee-friendly company policy: “Clock in first and then take a shower.”
