Grand Junction, Colorado – RockyMounts, a leading manufacturer of bicycle rack systems, in conjunction with ACS Distributing in Ontario, has recently implemented dealer direct distribution within Canada. Due to the current production, importation, and freight challenges, creating a direct line for Canadian distribution has been at the forefront of RockyMounts growth plan. In addition to the outstanding relationship with ACS, RockyMounts has begun importing directly into Vancouver, Canada rather than shipping over the US border.
“Shipping to Canada from the US should be easy, but unfortunately it is not. With the current state of the market, and the increased demand within Canada, it made sense to forgo the import tariffs and freight problems within the United States by importing directly into Canada.” said RockyMounts owner, Bobby Noyes. “By expanding our already existing relationship with ACS and partnering with a warehouse, we have been able to reduce costs, increase supply, and begin to support a market that has been eagerly growing for RockyMounts over the last few years.”
This increase in product flow has allowed RockyMounts to grow its network of dealers across Canada, which historically has been a challenge, and are currently accepting applications for wholesalers within Canada to join their dealer network. RockyMounts currently has product available within Canada with more on the way.
