BENTONVILLE, Ark. —

As temperatures start to cool down, it’s the perfect time for people to start spending some time outdoors. One of the ways to do that could be riding a bike. The city of Bentonville is two wheels ahead with a new program that can help residents buy new e-bikes.

Bentonville’s e-bike rebate program opens Tuesday at 9 a.m. and through it you can apply to receive money to buy one. Your income tier and the e-bike you select determines the amount of money you could get. A list of those qualifications can be found on the city’s website.

Recipients are picked randomly and there will be two more chances to apply in October and November.

You must be 18 years or older and live in the city in order to apply. Recommended
