Everyone following pro road racing has seen TdF winner Tadej Pogačar with his hair sticking out of the top of his MET helmet. But now with a special Pogačar limited edition of the Trenta 3K Carbon helmet, MET explains that it’s actually the unique (h)aerodynamics of their top-tier road helmet that created the Slovenian’s now-iconic billowing tresses MET Trenta 3K Carbon Tadej Pogačar limited edition helmet

Winning plenty of races, Tadej Pogačar kinda made the helmet a fun story as his hair was almost always sticking out of the top vents – from mid-ride to all of those hands-in-the-air finish line celebrations.

As it turns out, Pogačar’s tufts of hair poking out were the result of the unique airflow designed by MET, saying “ What if we told you that Tadej’s iconic tufts are created by the helmet’s performance design, sweeping air in and upwards, and drawing stems of dancing hair out through the vents? ”
