MET says beyond protection, their most advanced road helmet was designed to “keep your head – and hair – fresh and save precious energy”.
Winning plenty of races, Tadej Pogačar kinda made the helmet a fun story as his hair was almost always sticking out of the top vents – from mid-ride to all of those hands-in-the-air finish line celebrations.
As it turns out, Pogačar’s tufts of hair poking out were the result of the unique airflow designed by MET, saying “ What if we told you that Tadej’s iconic tufts are created by the helmet’s performance design, sweeping air in and upwards, and drawing stems of dancing hair out through the vents? ”
