He can do those, too. His factory in Barnoldswick, Lancashire, churns out hundreds of thousands of top-of-the range components for manufacturers racing to meet the growing demand from bike enthusiasts.
For the past few months, Weatherill’s factory has been running overtime. Sales at his business, Hope Technology, rose by 25% last month compared to this time last year.
