There are a lot of different chainring options out there, but few can match the factory shifting performance of a genuine Shimano ring. So while you may want to run the supremely durable and beautiful Cane Creek eeWings titanium cranks, being able to run Shimano chainrings could complete the build. The new Cane Creek GRX Chainring Spider makes that possible. Cane Creek points out that this is not compatible with Shimano road-specific chainrings that use a different bolt pattern.
