Rare Earth made a splash at this year’s Made show with their painstakingly detailed hardtail, the Rascal Saint. With a bevy of unique features, excellent finish work, and an atypical frame layout, it certainly caught plenty of eyes. The dropped seatstay design isn’t meant to offer any additional compliance, but does have something of a "planing" effect, according to the builder. What it does achieve is an organic silhouette, a low-slung feel, and a truly creative cable routing solution.

Twin tubes, bag bosses, and some runes.Stance.Very cool one-piece cockpit.Hidden within the sculpted tubing of the frame are mounts for an integrated framebag, as well as a hard mounted top tube bag. Whether bikepacking appeals to your or not, little details like this always impress me, as they can present a whole host of problems on their own, beyond the base challenge of the bike itself. Worth noting, this is also the first bike I’ve seen outside of Mike’s garage with the Vivo derailleur , which looks just as impressive mounted to this bike as it does Mr. Kazimer’s Raaw.More photos of the Rascal Saint can be found here .
