Councilors heard a presentation on the proposed $25 million general obligation bond on the ballot for the Nov. 5 election which would fund road repairs and improvements. If passed, Finance Director Emily Oster said homeowners with a market value of $500,000 can expect an increase of $25 in their annual property tax bill.
